Terms & Conditions


  1. Dirver is CRB checked,with Level 2 NVQ Certificat of Driving Passengers on the Road.
  2. Any additional charges,fees such:parkings,Congestion Charge,Crossing or Entry Fee etc. is to be payed by passenger.
  3. We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse.
  4. Insurers will not cover injury caused by passenger’s irresponsibility such as not wearing a seat belt or opening doors before the vehicle has come to a halt.
  5. Driver have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to  the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
  6. Under no circumstances will the vehicle carry more passengers than the vehicle is licensed for and insured to carry.
  7. All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.
  8. We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport
  9. Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the UK and not your departing information.
  10. If you have a serious delay on your return journey please inform us as soon as possible although we will do our utmost to find out if you have incurred any delays
  11. We do not charge for the 1st 45 minutes waiting time after the plane has landed. However if the passenger if stuck in immigration or has lost luggage we would have to charge waiting at £16/hr pro rata.
  12. Driver will not wait in undesignated areas or where a fine could be imposed. In circumstances where  is requested to wait in one of these areas, then the hirer of the vehicle will be completely responsible for any parking fines incurred.
  13. To enable us to meet your requirements efficiently we require at least 24 hours notice. However if the booking is of an immediate nature, we will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee the booking depending on availability.
  14. The Company does not accept liabilities for any delays caused by rerouted journeys beyond our control, i.e. accidents, diversions or weather or any unforeseen circumstances.
  15. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the car however such loss or damage is caused.
  16. Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of any of our vehicles by the client will be charged accordingly.
  17. We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to the passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe for the road.
  18. Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage. Our drivers are very helpful and are able to assist if the luggage is heavy.
  19. If you have a problem or complaint it is essential that you inform the driver immediately, if you wish to make a formal complaint, please notify our office in writing no later than 5 working days after your planned journey.
  20. Smoking is against the law in the UK and is not permitted in the car.
  21. No alcohol will be permitted "inside" the vehicle at any time under any circumstances. Should the vehicle require valeting due to negligence or alcohol illness a charge will be made of £50.00  to cover cost of cleaning and subsequent loss of earnings.
  22. The company reserve the right to decline any bookings and to request any passenger to leave the vehicle if it deems his/her conduct to be incompatible to the safety of the driver.
  23. We strictly require a mobile number for the passenger we pick-up, as this is our way of establishing contact with the passenger.
  24. By law small children require additional appropriate restraints. We neither provide nor assist in the fitting of Child seats or restraints. It is the adult passenger’s entire responsibility to make sure any children in his/her care are properly secured. See details on: www.direct.gov.uk
  25. We provide booster seat free of charge if required.Suitable child seat to age and weigh it's resposibility of Parent/Guardian,we can store your child seat to a time of Your return free of charge.
  26. Without prior notice: The Company reserves the right to amend, change, delete or add to these terms and conditions whenever necessary.
